3 easy steps

Please print and complete the following three forms.

• Registration Form
• Health Form
• Parental Release Form

The Health and Parental Release forms should accompany the camper when arriving at camp.

Send payment and the Registration form to:

Camper registration is open regardless of race, creed, color or national origin. All registrations are accepted on a first come - first serve basis. Some camps will fill more quickly than others so register early. No pets are allowed to stay at camp. Boarding kennels are available nearby.
